Hindustan Computer CSC in Khanpur is an IT enable front-end delivery points for Government, private and social sector services to rural citizens of India in an integrated and seamless manner. Hindustan Computer Common Service Center is managed by Mr. Ravi Lodhi, educated youth providing opportunities for direct and indirect employment. Hindustan Computer CSC aims to provide access to information, backed with relevant infrastructure and end-to-end services that would allow rural population, the opportunities to enhance their quality of life.

Common Service (सामान्य सेवा योजना)
The Common Service Scheme has been introduced as part of the “good governance” paradigm. It is stated to be a two-in-one solution that will help to revamp the front-end delivery systems of the public services and at the same time will encourage rural entrepreneurship in order to create jobs. The CSC started as part of the E-governance plans in the year 2006. At present, it is one of the 31 Mission Mode Projects under “Digital India”.
सामान्य सेवा योजना को “सुशासन” प्रतिमान के हिस्से के रूप में पेश किया गया है। इसे टू-इन-वन समाधान बताया गया है जो सार्वजनिक सेवाओं के फ्रंट-एंड डिलीवरी सिस्टम को सुधारने में मदद करेगा और साथ ही रोजगार सृजित करने के लिए ग्रामीण उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित करेगा। सीएससी वर्ष 2006 में ई-गवर्नेंस योजनाओं के हिस्से के रूप में शुरू हुआ था। वर्तमान में, यह “डिजिटल इंडिया” के तहत 31 मिशन मोड परियोजनाओं में से एक है।
What is the Common Service Scheme? (कॉमन सर्विस स्कीम क्या है?)
The Government of India started the Common Service Centre Scheme. This was done as part of the National E-Governance Plan Scheme. It aims to provide G2C (Government to Citizen) and B2C (Business to Citizens) services to citizens right at their home under Bharat Nirman.
As per this scheme, the budget has been allocated to 100,000 Common Service Centres in rural areas and 10000 CSC in Urban India. High quality and cost effective e-governance Services are the main cornerstones of this scheme.
भारत सरकार ने कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर योजना शुरू की। यह राष्ट्रीय ई-गवर्नेंस योजना योजना के हिस्से के रूप में किया गया था। इसका उद्देश्य भारत निर्माण के तहत नागरिकों को उनके घर पर ही G2C (सरकार से नागरिक) और B2C (बिजनेस टू सिटिजन) सेवाएं प्रदान करना है।
इस योजना के तहत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 1,00,000 कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर और शहरी भारत में 10000 सीएससी को बजट आवंटित किया गया है। उच्च गुणवत्ता और लागत प्रभावी ई-गवर्नेंस सेवाएं इस योजना की मुख्य आधारशिला हैं।
Objectives of CSC (सीएससी के उद्देश्य):
The above-mentioned scheme is implemented in PPP (Public Private Partnership) Framework. Some of the major attributes of this scheme are:
- Emphasis on entrepreneurship in rural areas
- Offering services to the private sector as well
- Community needs are given special importance
- Playing an important role in the development of rural India and offering livelihoods
- Offers to act as an agent to numerous Government and Non Government services
- One-stop solution for various G2C and B2C Services.
उपर्युक्त योजना पीपीपी (पब्लिक प्राइवेट पार्टनरशिप) फ्रेमवर्क में लागू की गई है। इस योजना की कुछ प्रमुख विशेषताएं इस प्रकार हैं:
- ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में उद्यमिता पर जोर
- निजी क्षेत्र को भी सेवाएं प्रदान करना
- समुदाय की जरूरतों को विशेष महत्व दिया जाता है
